A letter from Nick

Baked · Vancouver, BCOctober 2026

Hey, it’s Nick.

In February 2023 I baked people’s designs on X for free. One day someone sent me $25 I hadn’t asked for. That was Baked’s first payment.

Today Baked is a small team with 200+ clients over the last 3 years, and every one of them came from X. The design was never the hard part. Keeping up was. Somewhere in Gmail, Slack, Stripe and Wise there was always one thing that mattered: a missed thread, a promise from a call, an invoice nobody chased.

So I built Found. Every morning it tells me who’s waiting, what we’re owed and what I promised. It’s a sidekick that finds what matters and puts it in front of you, ready to act on.

I’m letting studios in a few at a time. If your days feel like mine did, I’d love for you to try it.

Talk soon,

NickFounder of Baked, and the maker of Found

P.S. I still build Baked in public on X. Come say hi, I’m @nickbakeddesign.

You do the work. Found does the follow-up.

Found reads. You decide.

You press send

Found drafts the reply, but nothing goes out until you send it yourself.

It only reads

You connect Gmail with Google's own sign-in. Found reads it to build your brief, and can't delete, move or change a thing.

Your data stays yours

It's encrypted, nobody else sees it, and I'll never sell it.

Easy to leave

Disconnect any time and everything Found kept is deleted for good.

Found uses Gmail and Calendar data only to show you who's waiting, who owes you, what you promised and who you're meeting, and to send the replies you press Send on. It's never sold, never used for ads and never used to train AI. How Found uses your Google data
